16th June 2011: Ed Balls, the Shadow Chancellor, has called for George Osborne to cut VAT to stimulate consumer spending. We used 'thought clouds' above George Osborne's head to show the specific economic declines he would be worrying about and made his eyes look gradually more tired under the stress.
