Channel 4 News Redesign

From August to November 2011 I worked on the redesigning of the Channel 4 News. As part of an innitiative to revitalise the program the editorial and presenting approach was restructured and a new studio was commissioned.
It was felt that a new graphic style should be created to reflect all theses changes whilst keeping the ethos of the existing look. The new look should also retain the values of the Channel 4 news and reflect the Channel 4 brand.
This is a visual summary of the process and resulting title sequence.
